2021 CucCAP2 Team Meeting Report and Resource List
The CucCAP Team met with project partners of the grant in October 2021 to report on progress for the previous year. The meeting’s agenda included sessions for reporting on development of genomic tools by the CucCAP teams (cucurbit genomics, cucumber, melon, squash, watermelon), updates on breeding of each crop for disease resistance, field trials and economic analysis by the integrated disease management team, planning sessions for the research teams, and feedback from industry representatives. Research publications, research presentations, cucurbit crop and disease management publications, and Extension or outreach presentations for industry were presented in the report.
