Powdery Mildew information for Cucurbit Growers

Auburn Extension Plant Pathology recommends using varieties of cucurbits that are resistant to powdery mildew. Powdery mildew is found on all cucurbits but is most commonly found on cucumbers, summer squash, winter squash, and pumpkins. It prefers high humidity and abundent plant growth.
