Linda Wessel Beaver, a member of the first CucCAP grant squash team, is a University of Puerto Rico professor emeritus, squash breeder, and authority on germplasm of tropical squash. She joins a panel discussion for the Culinary Breeding Network’s Winter Squash Week and shares some details about breeding tropical squash for virus resistance in the CucCAP project.
