In the Pickling Cucumber session, Mary Hausbeck, Plant, Soils and Microbial Sciences Dept., MSU will speak about Cucumber disease control in 2017 and Jonathan Schultheis, Dept. Horticultural Science, North Carolina State University, will speak about the use of parthenocarpic fruiting types in the North Carolina pickling industry. In the vine crops session, Jonathan Schultheis will speak about Perspectives and Opportunities for Growing Orange Flesh and Specialty Melons.
