This symposium aims to address current and future challenges for a sustainable cucurbit production under the changing climatic conditions of tropical, subtropical and temperate regions. Research of both open field and protected production is welcomed.

In this context, the VI International Symposium on Cucurbits will highlight the most recent scientific progress made in cucurbit research from genetics, biodiversity, plant physiology, irrigation and fertilization, abiotic stresses, protected cultivation techniques, open field cultivation techniques, product quality and management of pests and diseases.
